London Launch Event for NITN
Published November 18, 2025
On Wednesday 12th November, Brilliant Minds welcomed representatives from our incredible partner organisations who joined us to launch the Neurodiversity in Tech Network at the Parcel Yard at Kings Cross, London.
At the event, we heard from Emily Banks from Enna, and Edina Da’Silva from Neurospecial, who spoke to us about Neurodiversity in Employability and the Workplace. We also heard from a number of our incredible Brilliant Minds members and ambassadors, who shared inspiring stories from their lived experiences navigating the workplace as a Neurodivergent person.
Some of our attendees shared their thoughts of the event:
The dynamic of a diverse room of ND people, recruitment, business and ND specialists connected through a common interest that felt more like willingness to make it common purpose at the end of the evening
– Vince, Brilliant Minds Ambassador
Neurodivergent individuals bring unique cognitive strengths. And technology innovation grows when diverse thinkers are included.
The future of tech must be intentionally inclusive, recognizing neurodiversity not as a difference to accommodate, but as a powerful catalyst for innovation
– Hema, NITN Partner
My mindset has shifted toward a future that feels brighter and more inclusive, so I’ll approach my next steps with that in mind.
– Howard, Brilliant Minds Ambassador
As a result of our launch event, our partners and Brilliant Minds members have agreed to work closely together to build a vision for how we can work together to influence the workplace of tomorrow to be more accommodating, understanding and positive for the huge number of Neurodivergent people looking to work in the Technology sector.
